A Mushroom Spore Syringe which come from Psilocybe Cubensis contain sterile water and mushroom spores. Our online stores frequently provide mushroom spore syringes at affordable prices.
This product are made from the fruiting bodies of mushrooms, hence their purity cannot be assured. First-time cultivators frequently try using a spore syringe to inoculate grain spawn or BRF cakes with varying degrees of success. To transfer a clean culture, we advise growing spores on agar for the best results.
One drop of the product can be applied to agar. Mycelium will start to grow on the agar’s surface during the course of the next three to seven days.
Newly germinated spores frequently carry germs. Mycelium frequently grows more quickly than bacteria; in this instance, a clean portion of mycelium can be isolated and allowed to continue growing on an additional agar plate.
It’s common to confuse it for liquid culture. An isolated mycelium culture that has been cultivated and expanded in a sugar broth produces liquid culture. Due to the lower possibility of contamination, liquid culture is used over a spore syringe to inoculate grain spawn.
